We asked the opinion of a girl who said "Well in a costume, its like hiding yourself so you're expected to NOT be you. Naturally its easier to let loose and be a little wilder than usual. Some costumes also make us feel sexy. Its not everyday you get to wear a nurse's outfit or a temptress dress, so its exhilarating. It gives you a major confidence boost and I guess the extreme make up helps too"
