The world needs more CEOs like Yang Yuanqing. You might not have even
heard of his name, but he's definitely popular among his fellow
employees.

As the former head honcho of PC-maker Lenovo, Yang recently decided to step down from his position, but not before dispersing his $3 million bonus to all 10,000 employees. CNN
reports:
Yang Yuanqing distributed $3 million from his bonus among 10,000 junior-level employees, the China-based technology company confirmed Thursday. The employees, such as receptionists, production-line workers and assistants, each received an average bonus of 2,000 yuan, which is $314, in the name of their CEO.
The $314 sum might not seem a lot, until you realize that it amounts to almost an average month’s salary for factory workers in China. Guess this means their Chinese New Year bonus came in a little early for these employees at Lenovo.
