We all love our bacon, but anyone who's ever had to cook up a batch at
home knows how much of a pain it is to peel each of those individual
frozen bacon strips.
Turns out there's an easier way to do this without having to wait for it to defrost. America's Test Kitchen says the quickest way to get those strips to peel away nice and easy is to just roll the package into a tight cylinder before you open it, and then unroll it and flatten it out again.
