Thanks to Apple's "cloud" technology, a woman claiming that her iPhone was stolen aboard a Disney Cruise in April has managed to track down the perpetrator before posting his pictures up on Facebook.

According to Katy McCaffrey, the photos feature a Disney Cruise employee named "Nelson" who she claims took her iPhone and has been using it to take several photos. Using Apple’s Photo Stream feature, McCaffrey was able to grab Nelson’s cruise adventures before deciding to upload them to her album titled "Stolen iPhone Adventures" complete with captions.

“This is Nelson,” she wrote next to one photo. “Nelson stole my iPhone.”

It still hasn’t been proven whether this man actually took the phone failed and forgot to delete the owner’s account. “I have alerted the officials of the Disney Cruiseline and forwarded them the photos. Hopefully I’ll get my phone back and maybe some free passes to Disneyland,” says McCaffrey in a comment posted up on the Facebook album. Disney has yet to comment on the incident.
