Want to find out who is searching for your name on Google? A new startup by online reputation manager BrandYourself is here to help.
This feature was created using a database of organizations’ publicly-available IP
addresses, and matches of these addresses of profile visitors with the companies that own those
addresses. The startup will even allow individuals total control over Google results for their names through SEO, and shows users where visitors to their BrandYourself profiles work and where they’re located.
While it’s easy to track down IP addresses for large organizations, many smaller companies won’t be listed. But still, it's a great way to find out if anyone's been tracking you down.
