Here's one way to piss off the rest of the female population. Writer Lee Aronsohn, co-creator of Two And a Half Men, was recently asked about his thoughts on the current crop of female-centric TV shows. What he said next was enough to send him into the dog house for life...

Aronsohn reportedly told The Hollywood Reporter: “Enough, ladies. I get it. You have periods.” He  praised women like Whitney Cummings and Tina Fey for making it more acceptable to discuss taboo subjects on TV, “but we’re approaching peak vagina on television,” he added. “The point of labia saturation.”

After getting called out by several critics, Aronsohn apologized via Twitter and wrote: “Yes, yes – it was a stupid joke. I’m sorry.”

Now if only he would apologize for inflicting Two & a Half Men to the rest of the world...
